How to use

HOW TO TAKE: For oral use after dissolving the contents of the sachet in a standard mug of hot but not boiling water (250ml). Allow to cool to a drinkable temperature.

DOSAGE: Adults, the elderly and adolescents 16 years and over who weigh more than 50kg: One sachet every four hours as required. Do not take more than 4 sachets (4 doses) in any 24 hour period.

Do not give to children and adolescents under 16 years old.

Do not exceed the stated dose. Talk to a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 3 days, get worse or other symptoms occur.

Hazards and Cautions

Do not take this medicine if you:

• • are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine

• • are taking certain antidepressants or have taken them within the last 14 days

• • have high blood pressure, heart or blood vessel disease, diabetes or if you are taking medicines used to treat high blood pressure

• • have an overactive thyroid or a rare adrenal gland tumour

• • have closed angle glaucoma

• • have severe hepatic impairment

• • are pregnant

• • have porphyria

• are taking other decongestant products

CONTAINS PARACETAMOL
Do not take this medicine with any other paracetamol containing products.

Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well, because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.

If you are taking medication or are under medical care, consult your doctor before using this medicine. Do not take with other cold, flu or decongestant products. You might need a lower dose of paracetamol if you are elderly, have liver, kidney or alcohol problems, are dehydrated or malnourished.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines, complementary therapies or if you have a medical condition. This medicine may not be suitable for you if you have a medical condition or taking any medications such as those listed in the Patient Information Leaflet. Do not store above 25°C.
Do not use these sachets after the date shown on the pack.

Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.
Ingredients

Active ingredients: Each sachet of powder contains the active ingredients: Paracetamol 1000mg, guaifenesin 200mg and phenylephrine hydrochloride 12.2mg.

Also contains: Sucrose, aspartame (E951) and sodium citrate (see leaflet for details).
