There are a variety of ways that essential oils are commonly used: diffusion, topical (skin) application and baths. While there may be common methods of use, it is important to read the label and instructions specific to each essential oil blend to ensure you can gain the best health benefit. ALERT comes to you in a roller top for ease of application. Apply to pulse points, such as temples, behind ears or nape of neck. ALERT can also be applied to a disposable cotton ball, handkerchief, cloth or other material. Please note as this is an essential oil, it may cause staining to oil sensitive materials.
Before using essential oils, seek input from your dermatologist, especially if you have any underlying conditions like eczema, rosacea, or psoriasis. Stop using essential oils immediately if you experience any negative reactions.
For external use only, do not ingest. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. If skin sensitivity occurs, discontinue use. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Intended for adult use. Do not use on children under 5 years old. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a skin condition, epilepsy, asthma, blood pressure irregularities, taking any medications or are under medical supervision, seek medical guidance before using essential oils. Please note that the number of strokes indicated is the maximum number you should use across any combination of essential oils. Keep away from painted surfaces and plastics.
