Description
3M ™ ADAPTIC ™ is a primary dressing made of woven cellulose impregnated with a specially formulated petrolatum emulsion. The 3M ™ ADAPTIC ™ wound dressing helps protect regenerated tissue by minimizing wound trauma during dressing changes. 1
- The pore size of the ADAPTIC ™ non-adherent wound dressing allows the unhindered drainage of exudate into the secondary dressing, thus minimizing the risk of exudate accumulation and maceration in the wound 1
- The 3M ™ ADAPTIC ™ non-adherent wound dressing can be used in combination with compression therapy 2
- 3M ™ ADAPTIC ™ can be cut without fraying or shredding
